Being the heaviest track on the album, Kelly was one of the three songs including Behind Walls and Don't Die On Me that were thought up in a jam session in Gabe's basement. It was originally titled Don't Look Down because Gabe and Darius thought the verse sounded like someone would be walking on a very high rope bridge. The concept of the song in Darius' words is "Dry anal insertion that is so brutal that everyone dies."
